RIVERVIEW in Noblesville, IN
This project was originally designed with a "ground loop" geo-thermal system using an extensive field of wells as heat sinks. The project was considerably over budget when PMC was employed to furnish cost savings ideas to meet the budget. PMC was successful in lowering the cost by suggesting an electric/electric split system design and the project went forward meeting outdoor air requirements and swimming pool design criteria.
