	PARKWAY MEDICAL in Greenfield, IN This project was a 105-ton, design-build project with fan powered VAV boxes with electric heat serves the perimeter zones and VAV boxes with electric heat serve the interior zones. All DDC controls use Trane "Summit"; thus enabling the system to be monitored offsite and optimize energy consumption.
